Reporting, Certification & De-branding

We generate reports for all levels of activity so that you can track your IT assets from collection to disposal. 

You will be provided with the following documentation:

  • Waste Transfer Note – upon collection of your equipment
  • Asset Inventory – all assets are logged by your asset number (if available), type of equipment, manufacturer, model and serial number.
  • Certificates of Destruction – for all sanitised media
  • Sales Reports – For equipment that has re-sale value, you will be provided with reports of items sold and value of rebate back to you.

All IT assets received are de-branded prior to selling, recycling or disposal. This includes the removal of company asset tags and logos so that no item can be traced back to its original owner.
