Tracey’s background is in research, quality control and project management. She has worked on numerous multi-disciplinary projects both nationally and internationally. DSA Connect’s collaboration with the Ministry of Defence was managed by her and resulted in securing over 25 public sector asset management projects. She has since developed the same methodology and applied it to the private and commercial sectors. It is her responsibility to ensure that clients (both public and private) have a complete audit trail of data eradication and disposal activity and provide complete accountability.
Stewart’s background is in coding and software development. In recent years his focus has been on creating secure environments for clients’ assets. He manages all on-site activity and has been involved in numerous data eradication solutions for both the public and private sectors. He has also been engaged in many high-level IT decommissioning programmes, most notably, the UK’s NHS Direct and the Olympic Development Authority (ODA). Stewart has been security screened to level BS7858.
Heather has worked in sales, procurement and administration and her roles have always been client-focused. She is the main point of contact for clients and is responsible for organising equipment collections, on-site data destruction services and providing all relevant certification. She has a proven track record of first-class account handling and client satisfaction and is always on task in positive account management.
Jitendra’s accounting experience spans more than 30 years. As financial management is at the root of all major business decisions, Jitendra is responsible for providing financial guidance and support within the team. He is also responsible for overseeing client accounts and developing external relationships with auditors, banks and statutory organisations.
